Entry Fee – Finalists

– Participants shall receive an email for settling the Entry Fee by Online Payment after the announcement of the Final Entrance List; Final Entrants should make an appointment (first-come, first-served basis) for Race Kit Collection.

– Participation qualification will be forfeited if Entry fee is not paid in the stipulated time frame or the race kit is not collected on time. Time Trial Fee/ Entry Fee paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

– Participation qualification will be forfeited if the entry fee payment has not been settled in the stipulated time frame; the quota will then be allocated to the waiting list according to the order of the drawing result.

– Participants on waiting list shall receive an email for settling the Entry Fee by Online Payment after the announcement of the waiting list; Waiting List Entrants should make an appointment (first-come, first-served basis) for Race Kit Collection.

– Participation qualification will be forfeited if Entry fee is not paid in the stipulated time frame or the race kit is not collected on time. Time Trial Fee/ Entry Fee paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
