Based on times achieved amongst all submitted times or time trial records, faster swimmers of “Racing Group” will be accepted to the Race

Participants who registered as a “Individual” cannot simultaneously apply as a “Team”
If you wish to participate with family or friends, please register as a “Team”
No requests for switch teams or members, nor the addition of new members will be entertained by HKGSA once the application is confirmed or drawing lots is completed
Quotas will be assigned on a pro rata basis among Individuals (Male, Female) and Teams categories, based on the total number of applicants who have successfully passed or exempted the time trial
