• impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a HKGSA official, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;

• forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the Service;

• upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
  通過上傳、發布、電郵、傳輸或其他方式，發佈任何可能是違法、有害、脅迫、濫用、騷擾、侵害、中傷、粗俗、猥褻、誹謗、侵害他人隱私、種族歧視或道德上不恰當而且令人感到不安的言論／內容，
• harm minors in any way;

• disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, cause a screen to “scroll” faster than other users of the Service are able to type, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users’ ability to engage in real time exchange;
  擾亂瀏覽網頁的正常體驗、蓄意影響／加快／減慢屏幕的滾動速度；或使本服務的其他使用者無法正常輸入文字；或使用任何其他方式破壞/影響其他網絡使用者的正常體驗，
• interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service;

You acknowledge that HKGSA does not pre-screen Content, but that HKGSA and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or move any Content that is available via the Service. Without limiting the foregoing, HKGSA and its designees shall have the right to remove any Content that violates the TOU or is otherwise objectionable. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content.
